Cancellation Policy

Online Booking Policy for One-on-One Sessions 1. Booking Process: * All one-on-one sessions must be booked through our official online booking platform. * Bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. * Clients must provide accurate contact information and any required details when making a booking. 2. Session Confirmation: * Once a booking is made, clients will receive a confirmation email with session details. * Please review the confirmation to ensure all information is correct. Contact us immediately if any changes are needed. 3. Rescheduling & Cancellations: * Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. * Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a fee or forfeiture of the session fee. 4. Payment: * Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. * Accepted payment methods are listed on the booking platform. 5. Session Start & Attendance: * Please log in or be available at least 5 minutes before your scheduled session. * Sessions will end at the scheduled time, regardless of late arrival. * If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session may be considered a no-show and may not be refunded or rescheduled. 6. Technical Requirements: * Ensure you have a reliable internet connection and necessary technology (e.g., webcam, microphone) for online sessions. * Test your setup ahead of time to avoid disruptions. 7. Privacy & Conduct: * All sessions are confidential and will not be recorded without client consent. * Please maintain a respectful and distraction-free environment during your session.
